Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of our company. In this position, you are responsible for unlocking, analyzing, and visualizing data, elevating our business operations to the next level. You work at the intersection of Business Intelligence, IT, and various business units such as Operations, HR, and Finance. You report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager and help shape our data strategy. Your analyses and reports form the basis for strategic decisions and process optimizations. You ensure a structured approach to our data flows and prepare us for a future where data plays an increasingly important role.

• Creating and optimizing data structures: You build and improve data structures that are usable across the organization
• Data modeling: You model data to support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making
• Data visualization: You create dynamic and insightful reports with Power BI that are essential for management and the business

To be successful as a Data Analyst, you should be well-versed in the world of Microsoft Business Intelligence tools such as Azure Data Factory, and you have a strong foundation in SQL. Your analytical skills enable you to understand complex issues and provide actionable insights. You are proactive, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and have excellent communication skills to clearly share your findings with stakeholders.

• You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, SQL and Experience with data visualization and modeling Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, and proactivity. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with security and access management in Azure and Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage
